Romania Covered in Snow [Photos]

As most of you know, Romania (and Europe in general) has had a tough winter, with extreme cold and heavy snow fall. Some interesting news coverage you can find on Argophilia Travel News, here and here.

We’ve taken a few more photos for you, and this is how the town of Ploiesti (a rather large one 60 kilometers from Bucharest) looked like three days after the last round of snowfall.

Here are a few snapshots which although look pretty were not as fun for walking or driving or basically any means of getting to point A to point B.
