Jetsetter Launches Online Personal Travel Planner Service

Jetsetter Launches Online Personal Travel Planner ServiceJetsetter.com, a membership travel website, has taken personal shopping online and adapted it to travel. The online agency has just launched a new Personal Travel Planning service which offer personal consultations to travelers and pairs members according to interests and some personality traits. The Jetsetter.com personal planner creates a travel itinerary based on each individual’s expectations and sends it to the client.

Jetsetter correspondents/planners, such as award winning journalist Paul Rubio, frequently share their impressions on various locations and tours to outlets such as Conde Nast Traveler, Fodor’s Guidebooks, Travel + Leisure and Vogue, and are situated around the world, thus the newly introduced service is only provided by travel experts.

“When planning a trip, there’s no substitute for a conversation with a well-traveled friend, and Jetsetter can now make that possible for every destination and type of trip imaginable,” said Drew Patterson, Jetsetter Founder and CEO. “Wading through the overwhelming volume of questionable travel content on the Web can make planning a vacation feel like a chore. Jetsetter’s correspondents travel for a living, so they can navigate the clutter and provide travelers with the insider knowledge that makes for memorable experiences.”

The beta testing for this service has started in November 2010 and has helped booked more than 215 vacations since its launch. The types of itineraries built by Jettsetter.com cover a few main categories: anniversary, around the world trips, honeymoons in South East Asia, family vacations, a seven-day graduation trip, vacations in GLBT-friendly bed-and-breakfasts, or train trips through Germany and the Czech Republic.
