Shopping at Its Best

You don’t have to travel far to shop in Palm Beach. Two of the largest shopping malls in Aruba, Paseo Herencia Shopping and Entertainment Center and Palm Beach Plaza Mall, are located here. These are huge shopping centers with high-end entertainment, water features, and fine dining options. You’ll find every luxury brand you can think of here, and if this isn’t enough there are two other smaller malls in Palm Beach. South Beach Mall and the Village might not be as large or popular, but they will complete your shopping experience.

Casinos for Your Gambling Fun

Casinos are scattered all around Aruba and most of them are extremely close to Palm Beach. You can decide on one for the evening or hop through several to get a more varied experience. Palm Beach Casino, Excelsior, Cool Casino, Stellaris, Crystal, and Seaport are just a few of the options where you can enjoy slot machines, black jack, roulette, poker, or Caribbean stud poker.

Catch a Show

When it comes to entertainment, Palm Beach shows come in all flavors. You can enjoy a Frank Sinatra style performance, or a Carnival type of show. Don’t miss the Popcorn Dancers who perform every Monday or Aruba Dance Formation’s Folkloric Show if you want to experience the traditional dance known as the Ribbon Dance. Circus shows are another option, as is the Authentic Cabaret Show at Cuba’s Cookin’. If you just happen to travel in January or February, make sure you don’t miss the Aruba Carnival, which typically entails weeks of celebration with live music and brightly colored floats.

Nightclubs and Bars

Palm Beach is famous for its selection of dance clubs, bars, pubs, and rum shops. Dancing shoes are not optional here, and your nighttime journey will probably start at happy hour, most popular on Friday afternoons. Senor Frogs, Gusto dance club, Confessions nightclub, and Club Hipsz are all fine choices. If you want a more laid back evening, Rembrandt Café or Soprano’s Piano Bar in the Village might be a better choice. Hard Rock Café is the place to go for live bands, and Oranjestad is one of the most popular local rum shops. If you want to stick to the sandy beaches even at night, then we recommend the Moomba and Bugaloe beach bars at Nikky Beach.

However you spend your time, you’ll find plenty of fun and entertainment in Palm Beach. Choose from casinos, shows, and nightclubs to make your Caribbean vacation memorable.
