Vietnam is famous for its coffee. You will not find such a fragrant, thick, and rich drink anywhere else. It has its own secrets of roasting and cooking. If you are living near the seashore, fresh fish is the best choice with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Only probably don’t forget about the main rule about hygiene. You came from a different country, and what is good for locals can be a disaster for you.
