I only spent 24 hours in Miami and definitely need to go back! I agree, avoiding spring break is the best way to get a good deal, and really enjoy a city.

    • I don’t think there’s any beach destination in the US that’s a good option during spring break 😀 Unless you are on spring break, and I am way passed that stage of my life.

  2. Love all these hotel suggestions for Miami! I’ve only been for afternoon trips when I was training for swimming in college, so I never had the chance to stay over. Will definitely need to plan a Miami trip and check out some of those beach locations!

  3. These sound like fabulous choices. When I was in Miami I stayed downtown, and only visited the beach, but how I’d love to stay at one of these hotels and do it right. Thanks for the tips.

So many places I’d love to stay. I haven’t been to more than the airports in Florida. Might need to plan a trip to Miami just for fun. The Catalina Hotel sounds like my pick!
